The final list of startups will be revealed by mid April 2022.<br \/>\nCandidates must be UK based eligible for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/guidance\/venture-capital-schemes-apply-to-use-the-seed-enterprise-investment-scheme\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UK Government\u2019s Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS)<\/a>. The scheme is designed to help companies raise money at the start of their growth journey by offering tax reliefs to individual investors who can buy new shares in a company founded less than two years ago.<\/p>\n<p>FINTECH Circle and SFC Capital are looking for solutions to the real and burning problems across financial services that are yet to be solved. Judges will be looking at the founding teams\u2019 vision, previous experience and unique capabilities to execute the company\u2019s business plans.<br \/>\nCompanies that wish to apply have until the 28<sup>th<\/sup> February 2022 to submit their application\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fintechcircle.com\/funding-for-fintech-startups-v2\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/sfccapital.com\/\">SFC Capital<\/a>\u00a0is the UK\u2019s leading SEIS investor and seed-stage investor.\u00a0Founded in 2012 SFC Capital combines an angel syndicate with its own funds to provide investors with diversified exposure to SEIS- and EIS-qualifying businesses.<br \/>\nBased in London but active across the UK, SFC Capital has a track record of backing high-growth businesses in parts of the UK where access to early-stage equity capital is often scarce.
