  • Sandoval’s expertise operationalizing go-to-market strategies for FinTech and PropTech leaders will be central to accelerating Flueid’s commercialization strategy

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Flueid, the leading independent technology company fueling digital real estate transactions, today announced Danielle Sandoval as Vice President of Product Strategy, effective immediately. In this key leadership role, Sandoval is responsible for driving the ongoing growth and evolution of Flueid’s solutions suite. This includes executing the roadmap for the company’s patented Flueid Decision platform in pursuit of delivering a more connected and streamlined real estate transaction experience for everyone. Sandoval reports directly to Flueid co-founder and CEO Peter Bowman.

With an extensive background across high-growth software as a service (SaaS) companies, Sandoval is an expert at growing organizations from startups to enterprise agencies. She’s concentrated her career in the real estate adjacent FinTech and PropTech industries, including leading the strategy for complex payment and prequalification products. In her last position, Sandoval established and grew financial products from $0 to over $100mm in five years and helped advance the business from 230 to more than 2,700 employees.

“As we continue to scale, we knew it was essential to find a dynamic leader and mentor to accelerate our product vision in a strategic and intentional manner,” said Peter Bowman, co-founder and CEO of Flueid. “We have a highly collaborative leadership team that combines deep industry experience with finely tuned intuition, and we’re confident that Danielle will help guide our product strategy with an even greater focus on the core needs of our clients. Her coaching skills will also be invaluable as she joins us in nurturing our employees’ passion for building products that help support decision-making at any point in the real estate transaction life cycle.”

Sandoval also served as a product manager for shipping software at a logistics platform startup, and for websites-as-a-service products at a property management software startup. In these roles, she was also able to navigate two successful company exit strategies and IPOs.

“Flueid has already made such great strides toward helping clients unlock a more streamlined and on-demand real estate experience through their patented insurance infrastructure,” said Sandoval. “I’m looking forward to bringing my passion for delivering innovative SaaS products to market to the team and partnering with the organization to continue to enhance our centralized and integrated platform.”

Flueid continues to enhance its solutions suite to bring added capabilities online. Most recently, the company announced the expansion of its Flueid Decision platform to support purchase transactions through a new pilot with Flueid Built customers. The company was also awarded a patent for Flueid Decision in August of this year.
