KickCity is an existing event platform that focuses on community building and social interactions. Funded by angels and founders, KickCity has been bootstrapped for the past 1.5 years. The company has built revolutionary products for the event space and it is currently generating revenue with the offices in Houston (USA) and St. Petersburg (Russia). This week project successfully has launched its beta-version to public.

Today KickCity founders are building a decentralized reward-based event marketing protocol on the blockchain. Having worked with many event organizers, it became obvious that their biggest problem is selling tickets or getting registration. The project is solving this problem by creating incentives and rewarding anyone to promote events. This simply means that users can invite their friends and when their friends buy tickets, they earn Tokens (cryptocurrency).

How it works: once you click “Promote”, a unique promotional link will be generated for you. You can share it with friends and others in your network on social media or any messenger service (like WhatsApp or Telegram). Each person that registers for the event with your link will go directly on blockchain and after the event begins and ends— a reward pool will distribute KCY tokens fairly among all the promoters. You can always check the reward pool contract and the amount of KCY in it by clicking on the Smart-Contract address link.

KickCity is a first blockchain-integrated public beta on the Ropsten testnet. Project developers invite everyone to become first testers. You can test the platform here:
