“Since securing our Series A funding round last year, Local Logic has been hard at work fulfilling our mission of infusing vital location intelligence into the traditional homebuying, development, and urban planning processes. As part of that process, we’ve also been able to bring in a range of experienced board members and advisors like Linda, who will help guide both the ongoing development of our platform and our growing list of users across North America,” said Local Logic Co-Founder & CEO Vincent-Charles Hodder. “Her incredible experience and expertise in real estate data and predictive analytics from sales, governance and the establishment of vital data use standards – will be critical as we work to build the most powerful insights and further ignite our growth across the market. We are incredibly excited to have her on our Board of Directors and look forward to leveraging her unique perspective in the months and years ahead.”

As Vice President of Sales, Audrey will be responsible for fostering and leading a talented sales team to meet Local Logic’s sales goals across Canada and the United States.

Based in Washington, D.C., she has a long history in the real estate technology space. Before joining Local Logic, she served almost a decade as the Vice President of Strategic Data Partnerships and then Vice President Of Business Development at Move Inc. Audrey has an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado Boulder.

“I’m excited to bring my real estate expertise to this growing and innovative company,” said Audrey. “Through the creative talents of its diverse leadership, Local Logic has pioneered a unique product for the industry — one which boasts massive flexibility, usability and sales potential, to provide an exciting perspective on location-based data.”

Local Logic offers the single largest location intelligence data set in North America — incorporating more than 30 billion data points spanning more than 200 million properties. By combining traditional real estate data with a vast trove of alternative data sources, its platform brings transparency to the real estate market by analyzing how external factors such as noise, vibrancy, walkability, transit access, and quality of schools impact market demand.

This creates new levels of certainty around property-level attributes long treated as subjective, helping customers — in both the public and private sectors — to determine the highest and best use of any specific asset and enabling more accurate, efficient, and successful investment decisions.
