The next-generation privacy platform continues to solidify its position as both the fastest-growing privacy company in the market, and the solution enterprises love best.

SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Transcend, the next-generation data privacy and AI governance platform, today announced its inclusion in the Deloitte Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the 500 fastest-growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, fintech, and energy tech companies in North America, now in its 30th year. This honor showcases the company’s accelerated growth, and continued commitment to innovative technology.

“It’s humbling to be recognized as one of the fastest growing tech companies in North America, and it’s testament to all the work the Transcend team has accomplished for our customers in recent months,” said Transcend CEO and co-founder Ben Brook. “The growth we’ve achieved is a result of our success in fixing privacy for the enterprise, and the appetite of leading organizations to replace manual legacy solutions with our next-generation platform.”

As Transcend continues to innovate its platform, the market is responding positively to its radically different approach to data privacy, and it’s now the fastest growing privacy company in the market1. In 2024 so far, Transcend welcomed major Fortune 500 customers, high-growth category leaders and some of the world’s best known companies. To date, Transcend has powered data rights for over 1.2 billion cumulative users by helping companies of all sizes rapidly deploy market-leading autonomous privacy technology—a shift which has also closed compliance gaps, enhanced customer trust, and spurred innovation through enhanced data usage to power innovative and compliant marketing and AI use cases for customers.

This news comes hot on the heels of another major company update: the addition of Luke Arno, previously Global Vice President of Sales at Twilio Segment (NYSE: TWLO), as Chief Revenue Officer. The company also posted a record-breaking quarter and year as it continues its mission to help companies mature their privacy management postures.

“We’ve seen incredible momentum over the last year –– we’ve grown the team, grown our customer base, and continued to add industry-leading features to our next-gen platform that encodes privacy controls directly into business systems,” said Kate Parker, President at Transcend. “It’s gratifying to be recognized for our efforts alongside others we’ve earned in 2024, like our recent LegalTech Breakthrough Award, a spot on Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies list and an honorable mention on Fast Company’s World Changing Ideas list.”

“For 30 years we’ve been celebrating companies that are actively driving innovation. The software industry continues to be a beacon of growth, and the fintech industry made a strong showing on this year’s list, surpassing life sciences for the first time,” said Steve Fineberg, vice chair, U.S. technology sector leader, Deloitte. “Significantly, we also saw a breakthrough in performance of private companies, with the highest number of private companies named to the list in our program’s history. This year’s winners have shown they have the vision and expertise to continue to perform at a high level, and that deserves to be celebrated.”

“Innovation, transformation and disruption of the status quo are at the forefront for this year’s Technology Fast 500 list, and there’s no better way to celebrate 30 years of program history,” said Christie Simons, partner, Deloitte & Touche LLP and industry leader for technology, media and telecommunications within Deloitte’s Audit & Assurance practice. “This year’s winning companies have demonstrated a continuous commitment to growth and remarkable consistency in driving forward progress. We extend our congratulations to all of this year’s winners — it’s an incredible time for innovation.”
