(THM), the leading transformative healthtech company, today announced that industry veteran and nationally recognized leader, Matthew Padden, joins as Chief Client Officer, Senior Vice President of Sales. With over 30 years of experience in leadership roles with demonstrated success in acquiring, managing, and expanding key healthcare client relationships, Padden has a proven record of driving growth while delivering highly sought-after, innovative solutions.
Padden joins at a time where market demand for price transparency and faster speed to quality care for patients is at an all-time high. Leading THM’s national client management and sales efforts, Padden will play an integral role in partnering with premiere C-level payor clients to activate THM’s digital marketplace and achieve total transparency, accelerated care, new levels of real-time, actionable data insights, and substantial savings.

Padden served the majority of his career with Aetna, most recently as SVP, National and Federal Markets where he successfully led national multi-product business growth strategies and client program design, implementation, and management. Prior to joining THM, Padden was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Sales Officer with Randall and Quilter Investment Holdings (R&Q Health). There, he led the London-based portfolio healthcare company’s coordinating service business throughout the United States, specifically for catastrophically injured workers’ compensation patients. His impressive expertise spans multiple workers’ compensation verticals, healthcare, short term and long-term disability, and federal government programs.
