It’s fantastic to announce that coinpass.com has partnered with CryptoUK the U.K.s self-regulatory crypto asset trade association.
coinpass will have a community members seat alongside so many great names, such as Archax, Huobi, Ripple, and coinbase to name but a few. United, this group of industry leaders provide a valuable contribution to the association’s work around regulation.
We will work together to help educate politicians and regulators about the crypto asset industry, to achieve a fair regulatory framework for the UK. By industry professionals working as one, we can ensure that the UK fulfils its potential as a global leader in the crypto assets space.

The UK government is working on a proposal to bring certain crypto assets into the scope of financial promotions regulation. The government is currently consulting with the CryptoUK and its members on the HM Treasury’s Cryptoasset Promotions. This is just one of the use cases of the alliance at work.
