- Regarding holiday shopping preferences this year — 52% of respondents in the west say they will rely more on online shopping, shipped directly to them; 24% will rely more on online shopping with a same-day curbside pickup option; and 16% will rely more on the in-store retail experience.

- As for those in the midwest who have not visited any in-store retailers for non-essential items this summer — when asked when they think they will feel comfortable visiting in-store retailers again, 28% say they won’t feel comfortable with the in-store retail experience again until COVID-19 cases feel under control in the United States, while 20% don’t plan to shop in-store again until there is a vaccine for COVID-19.

- Regarding holiday shopping preferences this year — 53% of respondents in the south say they will rely more on online shopping, shipped directly to them; 21% will rely more on the in-store retail experience; and 17% will rely more on online shopping with a same-day curbside pickup option.
